Chenin Blanc L’Ange Vin (Robinot) [Jasniere] “Charme” 2014 $68-This white wine is very “crisp” [high acid] with yellow apple skin scents and flavors.
Roagna “Montemarzino” 2014-$115.00- This Italian white wine has lemon, almond, and herb flavors.
Sauvignon Blanc Alphonse Mellot Sancerre “Edmond” 2014-120. Sancerre could be one of the best white wine picks on any restaurant list because it has great fruit [citrus-pineapple] flavors.

Vignes d’Olivier (Olivier Cohen) 2016-46- This Rose is an artisanal wine made by young winemaker in France. A interesting pick.

Nebbiolo Tenuta Monolo Bramaterra Riserva 2001-$120]. Here you have 17 years of bottle age.
Burgundy Chevillon Nuits-St-Georges Vielle Vignes 2014- $136-Chevillon is a master winemaker in Nuit St George. He has the ability to express the true terroir [unique scents and flavors from the soil and surrounding flora and fauna] in his wines. Nuit St George Pinot Noir is very “masculine” [tight-sinewy] wine with great structure.

Super Tuscan Orma Toscana 2008-$174- A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. There are black [blackberry-blueberry], red fruit [cherry], and licorice flavors. A great red wine with 10 years of bottle age.

Chateauneuf du Pape Beaucastel Chateauneuf-du-Pape 1999-$209-This is a 20 year old Chateauneuf du Pape, from a great producer, in a very good vintage.
Burgundy D. Rion Echezeaux Grand Cru 2015-$212- This is Grand Crus [grapes grown in the best vineyards] Pinot Noir from a fantastic vintage.
Amarone Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2006- $214-The 2006 vintage was very good.
Burgundy Hudelot-Baillet Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru – Les Charmes 2012-$241- This Pinot Noir is from the village of Chambolle where the wines are almost “ethereal”. They are light in color but possess intense red fruit [strawberry-raspberry-cherry] fruit flavors. This Premier Crus [grapes grown in the special Les Charmes vineyard] Chambolle is from the very good 2012 vintage
